Project Abstract

Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) are vulnerable to jamming and spoofing attacks. LEO-DPC emulates LEO-PNT satellite signals using Software Defined Radios (SDRs) and corrects Doppler-induced position errors in a manner similar to Starlink's positioning capability. The system runs a Doppler Position Correction algorithm on a host computer, achieving sub-meter positioning accuracy in GNSS-denied static scenarios and validating the effectiveness of software-based LEO-PNT emulation.
