Dual Active Bridge DC-DC Converter

DABCONV focuses on the design, implementation, and experimental validation of an isolated bidirectional DC-DC converter using a Dual Active Bridge (DAB) topology for METEKSAN Savunma. The converter steps down 300V DC to 48V DC and vice versa, supporting bidirectional power transfer up to 500W with target efficiency exceeding 90%. Key features include 100kHz high-frequency operation and Zero-Voltage Switching to minimize power losses. The design was verified through LTspice and Simulink simulations followed by a four-layer PCB layout in Altium Designer, confirming suitability for military energy storage applications.
