Özet
Bu proje banyo alanında meydana gelen düşmeleri çözmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Banyoda yaşanan düşüşler, özellikle yaşlılar için ölümcül bile olabilen yaralanmaların birincil sebepleri arasındadır. Bu nedenle bu proje kapsamında banyo düşmelerini algılayarak gerekli acil durum senaryolarını tetikleyebilecek bir sistemin hayata geçirilmesi planlanmaktadır. Buna istinaden, iki radar sensöründen oluşan bir sistem oluşturulmuştur. Sistemin bir diğer bileşeni, kayar kapıya bağlı bir IMU sensörüdür.
Bu sensör, banyo kapısının açık olup olmadığının tespit edilmesi için kullanılmaktadır. Kapı ile ilgili bilgiler ve muhtemel düşme verisi IoT aracılığıyla gerekli yere iletilir.
Özet
This project is aimed at being a solution for falling incidents happening in the bathroom area. Bathroom falls are one of the primary reasons for injuries (which can be fatal), especially for the elderly. For that reason, a system that can detect bathroom falls and trigger necessary emergency scenarios is planned to be implemented within the scope of this project. To that end, a system consisting of two radar sensors is implemented. Another component of the system is an IMU attached to a sliding door. It is to detect whether the door of the bathroom is open or not. The information regarding the door, as well as the fall detection if it has occurred, are sent through IoT to the necessary destination.
