Our Ph.D. graduate, Dr. Musa Furkan Keskin, received the 2019 Ph.D. Thesis Award of IEEE Turkey Section. Dr. Keskin’s thesis is entitled “Visible Light Positioning Systems: Fundamental Limits, Algorithms and Resource Allocation Approaches”. He defended his thesis in August 2018.
