EEE faculty member Prof. Tolga Çukur has been appointed as Deputy Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging, one of the leading international journals in biomedical imaging, following a highly competitive selection process. In this role, Prof. Çukur will contribute to shaping the journal’s editorial direction and advancing initiatives in evaluation standards and AI-driven medical imaging research.
